Greenbridge is a digital lending platform providing financial services to event vendors in Nigeria.

By creating an account, applying for a loan, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• chevron_rightInterest Rates: Interest rates vary by loan product and borrower profile, ranging from 1.5% to 5% monthly. All rates are clearly disclosed before loan acceptance.
• chevron_rightRepayment: Loans must be repaid according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.
• chevron_rightNo Collateral: Our loans do not require traditional collateral but are based on alternative credit assessment.

6. User Obligations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenbridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, all outstanding obligations under these Terms, including loan repayment obligations, shall survive and remain enforceable.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
